Chris and Harley Lomicka Wedding Video Highlight Clip

This is a shortened highlight version of the first wedding video I filmed.

Chris and Harley Lomicka Wedding Video

This is the first wedding video I filmed. With that in consideration, I think it turned out great. I experimented with warmer tones to add a romantic feel to the video and I think a lot of the shots I got are very visually appealing. If I had made the video more recently I think the exposure and color correction and exposure would be a lot better. The exposure is too high in some of the shots so they don't capture as much detail as they should. I would definitely use a variable N/D filter and shoot the video in LOG if I were to make it again.

Billy Rooster Band - Pain of Growing Up Music Video

This was the first music video I filmed and edited. I tried out some effects and color correction on the footage to give it a vintage look. I think it turned out okay, especially with this being the first time I had made this type of video. I would definitely do some things differently if I had made this video today. Like shooting the video in LOG and color correcting it properly as well as adding some negative fill and diffusion to make the lighting a bit more even.

Billy Rooster Band - That's Just Life Acoustic Music Video

This was a music video I filmed for a band in Baltimore. The band was recording the song while I was taking the video, but they used a metronome, so lining it up wasn't too difficult. Other than using softer lighting, there's not much I would change about this one. Most of the angles look pretty decent and all of the editing lines up with the music pretty well.

Old Eastern - I'd Rather Live/Music Video

This was a semi-live video I filmed for a band in Baltimore. I say semi-live because the band was recording the song live with no metronome as I was taking the video. So, I got multiple takes of each song but the pacing didn't match up for the different takes, which made lining it up with the audio very difficult. I was able to line it all up after several grueling hours of shifting footage around, but the lighting is kind of terrible. I would bring a lot more lights and make more of an effort to make the audio and video recording a separate process if I made this now.

Exactly Rubber Product Demonstration Videos

This was a set of product demonstration videos I made for a small material company's Amazon pages and website. Kleptomaniacs Anonymous - Metal Slug Live Video with VFX

This was a live video I filmed and edited for a band in Baltimore. I tried out some experimental VFX with these and think they turned out pretty well. I always love trying new things and testing the limits of my abilities, especially when it comes to my editing work.

Ticket Punchers - Waiting Room Live Clip

This was a live video I filmed for a band in Baltimore. The lighting and color correction are pretty decent on this one, but I could still do better. The two angles I filmed from are too far apart so cutting between them feels somewhat jarring.

Soul to Squeeze - Give it Away Live Clip

This was a live video I filmed for a band in Baltimore. The lighting and color correction are pretty decent on this one, but I could still do better. I placed my secondary camera too close to the bass amp for this performance so it was shaking the camera for most of it. I also started using a monopod for live performances instead of the shoulder mount I used to use. This made it a lot easier to get stable footage and hold the camera up for long periods of time.
